Lake Atitlan, Panajachel Guatemala

Sea, Oceans, Lagoons, Lakes and Rivers.

International waters.

Lake Atitlan, Panajachel Guatemala.

Our bucket list starts the minute we are born. Don’t you think?

So why only talk about the things on our future list? Why not talk about the things already checked off?

I’ve been fortunate enough to experience my memorable adventures along people I love. Some I’ve been able to capture with pictures and even small video clips, but even without them... I can still recall some things with details. Like the time my uncle packed his 4 door sedan with 12 people and drove us to Puerto de Iztapa. It had rained so hard, the near by rivers had flooded the streets. My uncle was determined to make it (shaking my head) ... half way through the flooded street water started sipping through the floor ... we were using shoes to scoop the water out of the car. We made it to our destination, a little straw shack in the middle of an island. And then a storm hit that night.

Lake Atitlan

The view? Breath taking. The atmosphere? Relaxing. The handmade artistry? Unbelievable talent. Took home a handwoven hammock.. it’s supposed to hang by the trees of my big old house.
